At our shop, we pour care and craftsmanship into every wooden laser-cut and engraved keepsake for your little ones. Because each item is made-to-order and highly customized with personal details, our policy is structured as follows:

 

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

 

  • Final Sale on Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products—which include names, dates, and specific designs—we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds. Since these personalized items cannot be restocked or resold, all sales are final.

 

  • Review Your Customization Carefully: We kindly ask that you double-check and verify all submitted custom requests (such as names, spellings, and dates) before finalizing your order. We create your keepsake exactly as requested, and cannot be held responsible for errors in the submitted personalization.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be completely happy with your keepsake. While we take great care in packaging, sometimes issues happen during shipping.

  • If Your Item Arrives Damaged: Please contact us immediately (within 3-5 days of delivery) with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and promptly let you know what options are available for replacement or resolution.
