RETURN POLICY
At our shop, we pour care and craftsmanship into every wooden laser-cut and engraved keepsake for your little ones. Because each item is made-to-order and highly customized with personal details, our policy is structured as follows:
No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
- Final Sale on Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products—which include names, dates, and specific designs—we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds. Since these personalized items cannot be restocked or resold, all sales are final.
- Review Your Customization Carefully: We kindly ask that you double-check and verify all submitted custom requests (such as names, spellings, and dates) before finalizing your order. We create your keepsake exactly as requested, and cannot be held responsible for errors in the submitted personalization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be completely happy with your keepsake. While we take great care in packaging, sometimes issues happen during shipping.
- If Your Item Arrives Damaged: Please contact us immediately (within 3-5 days of delivery) with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and promptly let you know what options are available for replacement or resolution.
FAQ
What kind of pen should I use?
We wanted to make it easy for our customers and chose a wood that can be written in with any pen! We recommend one that isn’t too inky but all our orders include a small piece of wood to be able to test your pen!
When will my order ship?
You can see your estimated ship by date in the purchases section of your account. Your order might ship sooner than shown but definitely not any later.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes we do! Adding a rush to your order will have it shipped in 1-2 business days.
Can I see and example of what our name would look like?
We can send a mock-up upon request once the order is placed. Mention your request it in the notes to seller section at checkout. We allow for one revision if needed and any additional changes or complete style changes will be $3 each.
Once a design mockup is sent if a cancellation is requested or you no longer want to move forward with the order it will be a $10 restocking fee.
My order says delivered but hasn't arrived
We send all packages with tracking so that we can make sure they get to their destination. Once it is marked as delivered we do not have any further information about the package. Your local post office will be able to further assist you in locating the package.
We do not offer replacements on packages marked as delivered by USPS.
My order is damage or incorrect, what do I do?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly. We are happy to help resolve any problems, but we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for issues reported after this time frame.
My order is delayed or tracking has not updated
If your order has shipped but tracking hasn't updated, please let us know. We will first, sign up for text/email alerts which often helps trigger updates or movement. We do not issue refunds or replacements for delayed shipments until 30 days after the ship date as most delays resolve within that time. Please note, we only print shipping labels once your order is packed and ready to go. If your label shows as created but there’s no movement, it has definitely shipped—reach out so we can help.
